Use and or purchase from thebluebox.com.au website is subject to terms and conditions as listed below.


Delivery Conditions

The Blue Box will endeavor to meet its obligations under its delivery policy, but can not be held responsible for any loss by third parties. All customers are required to pay the relevant delivery charge on their orders and will be notified if a delivery charge was required where it was not included with their order. As stated in 'Delivery Charges' at the top of our page, if cheaper rates apply, we will credit you for small orders calculated at a lower rate.Larger orders, you will be notified by email of increased charges from our normal rate, before we process your order.

  • At The Blue Box we make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.
  • Orders received are shipped, usually, within 3- 5 business days. Overseas Order please allow 10-14 business days.
  • Delivery of parcels is via Australia Post throughout Australia; regular post. Or via courier.
  • After receiving your order we will verify via email, that the product/s are still available. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been posted.
  • If the ordered products should be out of stock The Blue Box will contact you by email, and advise of the expected delivery time.
  • Whilst all care is taken to fill your order within the allotted time frame The Blue Box is not responsible for depleted stock levels of our wholesale suppliers.

Return Policy

  • All claims must be approved first for return by the staff of The Blue Box, by phone or email.
  • Purchases if they are faulty must be returned within 10 working days of the day you received your order.
  • All tags and product wrapping must still be intact for a complete refund, excluding postage charges.
  • All sales are considered final after 5 working days. Exceptions to this will be at the sole discretion of the staff of The Blue Box and in such a return a store credit will be issued.
  • In all instances the purchaser must provide the original receipt of purchase with the returned product.
  • The Blue Box is not responsible for returned products that are not received via post. (as lost)
  • The Blue Box will not reimburse postage costs involved in the process of the customer returning goods to us.
  • If products are refunded The Blue Box will only credit the amount to the customer nominated bank account.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. All information that users voluntarily provide will be handled confidentially. We never share mailing lists with any third parties except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process. Users may remove themselves from our mailing list by following the instruction or unsubscribe link provided in every newsletter.The email will be sent to the email address that was provided by the customer in the order form. Customers are responsible for providing a correct, accessible and active email account to which the email confirmation will be sent. We are not responsible for non-delivery of the email due to incorrect email addresses, or inactive or inaccessible email accounts. While every attempt is made for this website information to be accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information on the website and we do not accept any responsibility arising in any way for errors in, or omissions from, the information contained in the website.
